Charles "Chuck" Taylor was last seen in the small southern West Virginia town of Williamson in Mingo County.
Charles was legally blind and his family says he would not have been out wandering around alone in the early morning---still dark---hours as the police claim.
But in the weeks leading up to his disappearance Chuck seemed to be very paranoid that someone was after him. He had positioned security cameras inside his apartment, and it seems he had good reason.
Was Charles murdered as it was claimed by many in the community?
If so, where is his body? and what happened to evidence?
Why did the police seem to put in almost no effort in the search for answers?
