I found this row peanuts in a supermarket and I got so excited as it is so rare! So I got it without thinking what to use it for. Then I was thinking... what shall I use this raw peanuts for after all...
I remembered that I always wanted to enjoy Miso peanuts when I saw it in the supermarket but every time I found it I checked the ingredients and it has many chemical stuff in there, so I gave up buying it... SO! WHY NOT make it myself! Here is the recipe of Miso peanuts if you are interested!
It's really suitable for alcohol!
Peanuts 200g
Miso 1& 1/2 tbs
Mirin 3 tbs
Honey 3 tbs
Sake 1 tbs
Sesame optional
