I was really hoping the notification pop out to your cellphone... but I guess it didn’t...
I will have to find out exactly what is happening...

Well, after all I got a message from Mei Parker and said "to unsubscribe my channel and re-subscribe" that will solve the notification problem out as it did to Mei! So I told some people to try this out and it worked for them too!
Now I would like to share this idea to everyone here! I hope this will work to everyone-else who has the same problem so that whenever I do livestream or upload new videos, it will let you know!
