Minions - The Short Film
The minion fever is out there and only just few days ago the rest of the world premiered the full movie dedicated to the pill shaped yellow blobs. The movie and the Minions Trailer are a smash hit for the kids.
It is that my fiance during shopping looked at the Mega Bloks set and asked me if I can make a animation out of this. I said sure thing.. Few days later I got several more MegaBloks Minions and Despicable Me sets full with bricks and mini figures.
We all love the CG animated movies, but this is the old school hand made stop-motion version of my Minions Top moments.
I finished filming Minecraft part 13 which goes live this Friday.. So I could start animating. It took me 4 days to animate all the scenes and two days composing and editing all the footage.
The story is simple, this is Minions Banana "Bar" island. Their home.. for now lets say. Pirates invate to dig up the treasure.
I hope you like.. or only just a bit the voices, I did them all myself.. I re-did several times.. It is not 100% but I had fun.
I'll make more Minions Mini Movies like this in the following months.
