Learn how to make these easy and delicious mini taco cups!! Kinda like a cross between tacos and nachos but in tiny bite sizes. These are the perfect appetizer for game day, parties or even just as a fun snack for the kids!

What you'll need:
-Tostitos Scoops
-taco meat (see how I make my own seasoning here: youtu.be/bKbk4_O1q5c )
-refried beans
-lettuce
-shredded cheese (co-jack, cheddar, monterey jack, etc)
-tomatoes or salsa
-sour cream
-black olives (optional)
