What you'll need:
a pot or bucket with an approximate 6" opening
6" diameter styrofoam ball
ribbon
tissue paper
toothpicks
35-40 mini cupcakes
buttercream frosting
piping bag
Wilton 2D or 1M piping tip

These are properly called 'rosettes' in the cake and cupcake world but it's a quick and easy way to pipe cupcakes that look like roses.
