Ran in Minecraft version 1.12 on hard difficulty.
The mobs unfortunately were more competent in this version, but food was easier to manage. My goal was sub 6 mins so I ran until I got that, meaning that the time can still be improved by a bit.

Round 2. Thanks to Cscuile for the altered route. Time should have stopped at 136 but for some reason counted an extra second after all the blocks were placed, oh well.
