![Control Point System (1.5 Snapshots) - Minecraft Redstone Tutorial
This uses the new testfor command from the 1.5 snapshots.
It subaracts the number of players on team 2 from those on team 1 upon the location of the flag.
So it is testfor @a[x,y,z,r,team=1] - testfor @a[x,y,z,r,team=2]
x,y,z are the coordinates of the flag
r is the radius from the flag you want to testfor
