![Far Lands in 10 hours (No Wrong Warp, No Version Change) [1#]
[1% Progress] (Reuploaded, 25/06/2020)
The three (minor) glitches that will be used in this run are:
1) Boat upclip (actually its glitchless for the current standards)
2) Sneaking downclip (its mentioned as a bug fix, but apparently it was intended in the past, so its hard to tell if this is a glitch or not)
3) Real Time Compression: If you switch your system time from current year to next or more years, the game will speed up by a maximum of 10x increase and it will decrease logarithmically (?) after 30 seconds. This allows you to reach a theoretical speed of 43.17 m/s or around 200 km/h (the player becomes a car)
[No Wrong Warp: You cant use glitches to switch your Overworld coordinates with Nether/End ones]
Theoretical Real Time to reach Far Lands with this method without breaks:
10.09 hours
Since RTC makes everything way faster, Ill very likely finish this series and show the Far Lands :D! Far Lands in 10 hours (No Wrong Warp, No Version Change) [1#]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/NLBJSBQeIEA/mqdefault.jpg)

Confused?
This map has eternal night, beds, glowstone and keep inventory.
(basically, perfect speedrun recipe)
Also this speedrun features two new tricks:
They will be explained in another video (hopefully soon)
Anyway, if you want to understand them read below or just what I do in my map :
Minecraft Version: 1.7.2 + Optifine
*WARNING MC 1.10 doesnt work, 1.7.2 does work, I must test others*
1) Death-skip:
You can do it on minecraft maps that have enderchests or keep inventory on, it should be used to skip an area or to turn back faster (like this video).
You can do it by setting your spawnpoint somehow (Beds or spawnpoints given by the map itself) and then after saving the wool/s in the enderchest or not (keep inventory), you die.
2)Bed-death-skip:
Same requirements as above, but it works only with beds (obvious).
With this one you can literally warp above any areas (keep in mind that normally, you will lose all items, so enderchest is required)
Also, you will warp until there are 2 blocks air space (the pillar of warping is the one with the glowstone, this glitch is explained better by Ethoslab videos though, search on youtube ethoslab bed trick, this trick comes directly from that)

Also thanks to him for making me find this : )
MORE DETAILS - Technical stuff here:
What happened?
First of all lets look at this cool TNT minecart power formula:
Power = 4 + K * R * 1.5
K = Value between 0 and 5
R = Random value between 0 and 1
Max Power = 11.5
Min Power = 4
K...?
Whats K?
K is a variable value that is obtained by most TNT minecart explosion triggers (Fire, Flame arrow, Falling from more than 3 blocks, Collision...)
So you might have guessed already, K is the value that made so much damage to the dragon...but what you probably dont know is that my setup shown in the video uses K = 5 .. (!)
How is that possible?
By stacking 4 minecarts and letting them go for at least 5 blocks, K (for all minecarts) will increase because of the infinite motion trick and reach the max (5)
Why the dragon cant take more than 1 TNT minecart full damage from Power 4-11.5?
Because multiple explosions triggered by the same source are ignored (or they deal normal dmg as a Power 4 minecart)...still unsure what happens on a few rare case..but sadly I never managed to deal more than 75% dragon hp with this
Is the oneshot possible?
Probably, if you can combine this trick twice during a single dragon attack (by attacking it after the first explosion using another tnt cart trap)...but probably not feasible enough for a speedrun New Strategy to defeat the Ender Dragon fast [RSG/SSG,1.8+] [Status: Tech]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/OVFWg2yEmtw/mqdefault.jpg)

![First Ever Recorded Oneshot in Vanilla Minecraft (1.9 - 1.16.3) [Status: Tech]
[September 30 2022]
This is the first ever oneshot recorded.
I shared this in a discord chat with other runners and it started the oneshot technique history. Skip to 6:00 to see it. [No Sounds]
(Discovered accidentally while using MCP, since I was testing Softlock as well... but this other specific technique was banned later)
Old Description below (EXTREMELY INACCURATE, just leaving for historical purpose)
I recommend you to read Curcuits explanation here instead [!!!]: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ON8c6IhE7-E
Again, everything below is mostly OUTDATED and INCORRECT. These are the thoughts I had back in 2022.
Old Title:
(MCP 1.10) How to Oneshot Enderdragon going in Softlock status (1.9-1.10) [Status: ?]
Old Description:
[No Sounds]
Skip to 6:00 if you want to see the interesting part of the video
Softlock status is an unavoidable mistake in the code, only occuring on specific seeds with a certain end tower configuration, that prevents the Enderdragon to move at all after leaving a perch. This is also caused by destroying OR unloading (hard but possible setup) all crystals on the Landing Approach and Takeoff Phases.
My spreadsheet on Glitches and Exploits in the game will explain better how softlock works: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19EuW3NmQWCMrOmIWGgaPvLeNWhpw7Fc16UdGpyjP6fY/edit#gid=0
The one-shot is caused by the dragon hitbox on every Phase (except perching phases) combined with the mechanics of arrow shoot by bow. A charged arrow shoot will be multiplied by amount of speed to deal damage and the game has weird calculation with arrow and Ender Dragon hitbox in 1.9-1.13 (The speed of the arrow will increase more and more closer you are to her body hitbox center). By using these facts, you can shoot the dragon in the weakest (center) point of the body and with the fastest possible arrow (Setup in the video) to deal more than 200+ damage, killing the Ender Dragon instantly.
