Using the summon command you can spawn in mobs that have unique custom drops. Furthermore, we can remove the default drop of mobs and replace that with whichever items you want the mob to drop!

/summon zombie ~ ~ ~ {DeathLootTable:"minecraft:empty",equipment:{feet:{id:"minecraft:diamond_block",count:5}},drop_chances:{feet:1.000}}
