Today we produce both decorative blocks and blocks that we can use wherever we need solid light emitting blocks: Froglights. The design is by Ilmango (youtu.be/zUv44uDN40Q). We go again portal based, which allows a really easy build: Just some spawning platforms and large portals in the nether in a basalt delta biome, and a killing chamber with some frogs where large and medium magma cubes are killed by powder snow.
Do make sure to have enough frogs to deal with the small magma cubes. In the world download I use a simple storage system (chests) and about 80 frogs to get rates of over 50.000 froglights total, for a farm that can be built in less than 90 minutes (not including powder snow collection and frog breeding). However, I would suggest to spend a bit more time to add item sorters and shulker box loaders.
