Great for servers or multiplayer worlds, use this Minecraft command to teleport any XP to the player nearest to the XP on a regular basis.

This reduces the build up of XP, which in turn helps reduce lag on the server or world.

The command is:

execute as @e[type=xp_orb] at @s run tp @s @p

Put that into a repeating command block in a ticked area and you're all set.
