Oh hey look, a new beta. 1.15 is officially being skipped, so the next release will be the 1.16 nether update, and it will include all changes made in the 1.15 betas.
Surprisingly, not much was broken. But the new despawning has a big problem that leaves more to be desired. Also, most of the new nether update features are present.
