This basic mindfulness of breath guided meditation introduces you to the process of helping you find relaxation in the presence of anxiety, depression, OCD, and many other painful experiences that can draw you into your private world where suffering can be rampant.
The point of this exercise is to learn how to pay attention to your experiences, this might be difficult and distractions inevitably arise; the challenge I offer you in this practice is to pay attention to your distractions, acknowledging them and returning your focus to your breath.
