In this video I explain how i mage the 6 into 4 exhaust system for my KawasakiZ1 Super Six. I bought a new Z1B system from Z1 Parts in California and a couple of headers from the original bike that were re-chromed. The collector boxes are made from 304 stainless 1.5mm sheet and 1.5mm wall thickness tube. The rear silencers are totally stock apart from modified baffles.
