After sourcing new parts im now ready to to reassemble my Kawasaki KDX200A engine, put it back in the bike and started it up for the first time. This is a 40 year old enduro bike and spares are becoming very scarce so I had to use patten parts where I could find them and accept some parts may be near there service life dimensions.
I am continuing to look out for parts like a NOS piston to replace at a later date if one turns up. The video captures the essence of rebuilding an engine and not necessarily a step by step definative guide.
