In this video I will be putting together the bottom end of my Kawasaki S1 550cc four cylinder two stroke engine. Please also watch the four previous videos to see how I made the crankcases, crankshaft and other modifications to convert a Kawasaki S1 250 triple engine into a 550 cc four cylinder engine they are all in the playlist titled Kawasaki S1 550 four cylinder.
In the next video I will showing how I rebored the cylinders fitted new oversize pistons and assembled the top end.
