Millionaire real estate heir Robert Durst is the key figure in two mysteries. The disappearance of his first wife in 1982, and the murder of his friend Susan Berman in 2000. Those mysteries were explored in the bombshell documentary "The Jinx" which premiered on HBO in 2015.

Did Durst shoot Berman in order to stop her from telling police what she may have known about his involvement in his first wife's disappearance? That's the question at the heart of a high-profile murder trial going on in Los Angeles. But Durst's circular testimony, in which he denies any involvement in Berman's death, but then admits that he would lie about it if asked if he WAS involved, is complicating this already twisted trial.
