A 25-year-old man, shot to death, his family says, while jogging less than two miles from his home. He was chased down by three men in pickup trucks: Former police officer Gregory McMichael, his son Travis McMichael and their neighbor William Bryan. They say Arbery, who was unarmed, had committed a crime in their neighborhood. The moment became a flashpoint in American history, but after a dramatic 911 call, a viral video of the chase & shooting, and police bodycam footage, why did it take 75 days to make an arrest?
