I'm starting to understand the goings on with B101. On weekdays B101 leaves closer to the evening while on Sundays (and maybe Saturday) it's much earlier out. Sometimes with only autoracks like here.
This railroad crossing has some great equipment. The gate mechanisms and lights here are Federal Signal while other components like the base and the bell are WRRS. The gates, while new, have WCH gate lights.
The relays here are very rudimentary so the crossing activates very early. NS SD60E 6952 is leading with C44-9W 9837 and AC44C6M 4943 behind. They were going maybe 25 MPH through here.
Also Wendell Defect Detector at the end. It still sounds off all the details including axle count, temperature and length unlike Parkers Detector in Gardner.
