In this weird episode of Burbex, Brin and Nightbird explore an abandoned military dog training school at the base of a mountain in the Chinese countryside. Inside the dog dormitories, there is lots of evidence of how the dogs were kept and trained, with a wide variety of big dogs having been kept there.
Sadly, when walking through the nearby Chinese local village, there seems to be a variety of animals hung up to dry, and the duo found dog meat amongst the selection. This episode is both weird and heartbreaking at the same time.

In this episode of Burbex, Brin takes advantage of the first sunny day of the year to take his dog Meme searching for an abandoned temple in the Chinese countryside. Along the way he bumps into lots of locals, like an old man just coming back from a funeral, a guy who catches fish by hand, and a couple who make a living selling spring onions by the river.
When Brin and Meme finally make it to the temple after being followed by a pack of children, the duo finds an abandoned area for traditional wedding blessing, a large golden buddha, as well as all kinds of small idols covered in dust and cobwebs.
