In this video, I show you the new MiiCoffee Apex, V2. This is a feature packed espresso machine, which a few nice additions over the V1. First of all, it comes in a matte gray paint color. More important, it comes with an adjustable OPV, which is toolless - nice! It's supposed to also come with a proper pre-infusion, but we will see if that works or not.

**Note that if you order from MiiCoffee directly, you must consider possible import taxes and duties, depending on where you live. For example, in the EU, import tax has a "Tax de Minimis" of €0, meaning that everything is taxed. The EU also has a "Duty de Minimis" of €150, meaning that anything over €150 will incur also a duty charge. Also, the courier will add a process fee of maybe €.
