Teardown and review of Eureka's new Mignon Libra, a prosumer grinder that doses by weight using a built-in scale. It has low retention, sensible workflow features, and a greatly improved portafilter rest. I've been using it for a couple of months, and it has become my personal favorite. This is part 2 of 2.
