There are too many varieties of #tomato_sauce, and too many recipes. You can simplify it all into a general-purpose sauce that’s delicious on its own, yet flexible enough to become any species you care to name. Using quality tinned #tomatoes, it's fast and easy to make, and it keeps for months in the freezer. It's literally the only one you need to master: everything else is secondary -- a matter of style and flavoring, making it useful for more than just #pasta.
