I directed the Pilot of MMPR that went to air and this scene was to originally introduce Bulk and Skull, but in the producers' infinite wisdom was moved to the episode 07 "Big Sisters". I thought they had scrapped it completely, however, they worked it in, slightly shorter, as a tag. After 30 years, it's nice to see it exists.
