I directed the voice recordings: John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson, Christian Slater, Anne Archer, Lacey Chabert, David Warner, Robert Picardo and Jim Meskiman
The animation project was the dream-child of Harry 'Doc' Kloor as a way to educate audiences to the science behind the journey of "Dave", a photon of light, from the sun's core to reach Earth.
Sadly the movie stalled even though the voices were edited and music recorded, but 2004 came and went before Harry could finance the animation side of the production. The project languished for many years and was eventually resurrected with a different script, director and cast as Quantum Quest.
