Zach is quite the young meteorologist in our house and so he wanted to review his Midland WR120B NOAA Emergency Weather Alert Radio that he uses to track storms and weather with. Overall, it is a great unit that provides alerts on weather in the area you set it to along with also being an alarm clock if you need it during a power outage or if camping. It runs on batteries or can be plugged in for constant use around the house. Midland is a good name in the business of camping/radios/walkie talkies so it was a great product for our budding weatherman/meteorologist/scientist should he want to continue in that route for the future. I can't tell you how many times he has kept us up on potential and real storms in our area with this. It is highly accurate, entertaining, informative and does exactly what it says it does.
