In January 2016, the BLM conducted its mid-winter eagle count along the Snake River from Loveridge Bridge to Grand View. Three golden eagles and 18 bald eagles were counted! The count is part of substantial monitoring efforts by federal and state agencies to track the success of conservation efforts and eagle recovery since the Bald Eagle was removed from the endangered species list in 2007. #EagleCount #GetOutdoors
