Founded in 2000, the University of Lucerne is Switzerland's youngest university. It has 3,200 students and 82 professors spread across its departments of Theology, Humanities and Social Sciences, Law, Economics and Management, Health Sciences and Medicine, Behavioral Sciences and Psychology. The university was one of the first to invest in high-quality conferencing products from Shure's Microflex Advance series. Last year, the university dedicated itself to a modernization of the auditorium.
There, university facility managers led the installation of a fully integrated, complex audio solution that is still easy to use. The project was characterized by the excellent cooperation of all parties involved and Shure's many years of experience with various universities.
