Some Shure devices now use an HTTPS connection to open the web application
Compared to an HTTP connection, HTTPS is more secure and confidential
To open, go to Shure Update Utility and find your device
Double-click the IP address
The first time you open the application, you may see a warning message like this
Click Advanced and select the option to trust the connection. The message won’t reappear until the browser’s cache is cleared
Our HTTPS web applications currently use self-signed certificates, and this behavior is expected
If you have existing bookmarks to web applications for devices that now use HTTPS, you’ll need to update the URL to include HTTPS

New bookmark: https://IP.ADDRESS
