An unknown chip under my optical microscope.

There's a serial number on its lid (6241 3008 5239 7413) and there's a serial number on the silicon die (MM56H80A-5239), but I could not find anything based on this information.

Judging by the big homogeneous lattice structure in the middle of the silicon die, I assume that this is some kind of ROM or something.
