Let's train legs, LADIES!
-Here's a complete leg routine for you to try next leg day!

1Squats (free standing or in machine):
12 repetitions / 5 sets

2One leg standing lunges:
12 repetitions per leg / 4 sets

3Leg extensions: 15 repetitions / 4 sets

4Hip abductors: 12 repetitions / 4 sets.
(If you don't have this machine available, this exercise can be done sitting on a bench with an elastic band around both your legs, and perform the same movement) -If you're up for having me as your personal trainer, download the app "Fitplan" from my website and let's get you going! Remember, it's the first step that is the most difficult one...
But after that, you & me will have so much fun!
