Little filler to tide people over until the next real video (which should be The King & Friends Randomness 12). This was a project for a Motion Graphics course. The final project was to make visuals to accompany a poem reading in After Effects, and of course when I hear "poem" there was only one person that came to mind.
We showed it in class too, and it easily got the most positive reaction from my classmates but my instructor had no idea what to make of it. I did not get a 100% on the project as the instructor told me he would ordinarily mark down stuff like the way I have Michael Rosen move around with no legs, but he understood that my stuff does have an audience and works well for what I was trying to do and I still got a good grade on it, so all's well that ends well. Just kind of a funny story of what happens when I present my kind of videos to people in real life out of context.
The background music is all from the Bullitt soundtrack, specifically "Dr. Willard", "Shifting Gears", and the movie version of "Ice Pick Mike".
