"Bullhead City police arrested Bailey May 30, 2012 for allegedly exposing himself to shoppers at Walmart on two occasions. On April 21, 2012 he allegedly exposed himself to two women and their children at the store. Bailey left the department store but his image was captured on the store’s surveillance video. On May 12, 2012 a Walmart employee recognized Bailey, who appeared to be following a woman and her young daughter. The employee took down Bailey’s license plate and he was arrested by police after the victims identified him in a photo lineup, according to the Bullhead City Police Department."
