An actual serious infiltration attempt on stealth sneak and no kills, R&D platform.
Killing guards, destroying security devices, fulton extracting anything, and of course, being completely spotted then entering combat alert will generate a player notification to both the owner of the facility and his supporters. If they are online in the game they can jump in to defend together with security guards.
Avoiding all of these while reaching the goal core is sometimes called "ghosting," though perfect stealth is also acceptable. Successfully doing this will deny the availability of direct retaliatory strikes from the owner due to that infiltration attempt. You still can prevent the retaliatory wormhole path from opening even if you've been killing or destroying stuff by reaching the core fast enough but there's no guarantee that the owner and his friends are offline.
Here I wanted to rescue my kidnapped staff from him. It was pretty clear that he was baiting me to jump in to his base as I did catch him deliberately getting himself killed easily, making it look as if it'll be an easy retaliatory attack.
It wasn't a 100% smooth run as I did make mistakes. I was less careful early on. Still room for improvement on my part but I'm glad that I rescued all of my taken staff back and also managed to snag a couple good rank staff of his.
