Take burn damage as you're climbing the railing and Snake will do that weird animation. Hold R2 and L2 for a brief moment and Snake will slowly move forwards. PS2 Snake Eater NTSC-J only (because NTSC-U doesn't have a legit way of getting the green facepaint AFAIK).
