No damage, with the only exception being the ending sequence against Sam where you are forced to take damage to progress the encounter and end the mission. Most people stop their recording of the mission after the last Ray fight, but I felt like just leaving the rest in there for completion's sake I guess.
So yeah, I recently came back to this game and decided I wanna try to do all missions under these restrictions, along with seeing how many I can do without upgrades. Currently managed to get through R-01 and 2, and I feel like 4 and maybe 3 will be the only ones where I might consider using upgrades. We'll see what happens.
