Pretty clear difference if I do say so myself.

Supposedly the argument is mostly a misunderstanding https://www.reddit.com/r/mgo/comments.... I can't confirm nor deny that all speed ranks have the same top sprinting speed, but in practice there is a noticeable difference as displayed here.
