What happens when a metalhead attends one of the biggest BTS events in South Korea? In this Seoul travel vlog, I spend the day exploring some of the city’s most iconic landmarks before heading to BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG, the massive Netflix live event held at Gwanghwamun Square in central Seoul.
My adventure begins at the incredible Lotte World Tower, the 6th tallest building in the world, before checking out Seoul’s Sphere display, often compared to the famous Las Vegas Sphere. From there, I walk through the heart of Seoul from Seodaemun to Gwanghwamun Square, where thousands of BTS fans gathered for BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG.
Watch as I experience the atmosphere, crowds, music, and excitement surrounding one of South Korea’s biggest live entertainment events. Despite arriving among huge crowds, I managed to get a surprisingly good view of BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG and share my honest reactions as a metalhead experiencing K-pop culture in Seoul.
To wrap up the evening, I give my thoughts on the event while enjoying CU convenience store ramyeon at the very first CU store I ever visited in Korea.
