No one was injured in this fire and it was eventually extinguished by the fire department
Whilst walking across the Hawthorne bridge in Portland, Oregon, I noticed some people jump out of their boat and seconds later it erupted into flames, I quickly started to record the event and recorded for 11 minutes in total. During that time a bridge operator came over to me and chatted with me for 3 minutes about this event
Luckily when the people jumped out of the boat, there were an abundance of boats already in the water which all helped by driving to pick up those that had to jump off of the now burnt boat. The boat eventually was extinguished and sank in the Willamette river
