Seriously, Tarma is the best character, I don't care what anyone else says.

This mission's cutscenes put me the hell to sleep. It's just a bunch of characters standing around, talking, doing NOTHING! Hello guys, you have the bad guys at gunpoint, SHOOT THEM. Why the heck are you standing around, arguing philosophy with terrorists? Also I refuse to believe anyone can raise their wrist up in time to block bullets, even if they do have bulletproof shield things. The Allen boss fight is... eh.
