Now that Dr. Hal "Otacon" Emmerich is a part of Snake's operation, Snake now needed to relocate Meryl. She is somewhere else within the Nuclear Storage Building.
Of course, if you found Otacon in the B2 Floor, Meryl should be in the B1 Floor, the same floor you went to to find the Nikita.

Take note, first of all, of how that strange music is playing again...
More importantly, though, Meryl is still in her disguise, and she is *ALMOST* completely indistinguishable from the other guards in the area.
If you remember, though, she has a really girly way of swinging her ass around as she walks. If that's not enough, crawl under one of the desks on the floor and you can then HEAR her girly footsteps.
If you want something a little bit more aggressive, try to make noise and see how the guard reacts. If you hear girl's voice, it's most definitely Meryl.
The goal here is to one way or another follow here right into the women's restroom. She may go in there eventually on her own own, or she'll do so if you trigger an Alert with a REAL guard. If you just let her outright spot you, she'll run away straight to the restroom without trigger an Alert.
Lastly, if you like to kill your Genome Soldiers, makes sure she's not one of them, or that's an instant Game Over.

AS AN EXTRA SECRET BONUS - and one that I just discovered as I was recording this Part - if you rush right into the restroom after her as soon as you can to reach the toilet where she strips off her disguise...
...Meryl will catch Snake from behind... with *HER* pants down.

Meryl is impressed with herself of sneaking up behind "The Legendary Solid Snake" twice.
Now that Snake finally gets to see her real self, he was quite impressed with her beautiful looks for someone that wants to be a tough soldier.
Meryl was a big fan of FOXHOUND, I mean the version of it that Snake and Meryl's Uncle Campbell were a part of before. She hates the FOXHOUND of now led by Liquid.
When Meryl regarded Snake as a hero, Snake rejected that. He only saw himself as a mercenary of war.
Snake also finally admitted to Meryl that he saw through her disguise thanks to her cute butt.

Meryl shows Snake the one Card Key to override the detonation codes for Metal Gear REX, but it was just one key out of supposedly three. She didn't know where the other two were.
In case they can't shut it down, Meryl wants to accompany Snake towards the north to destroy REX instead, but Snake didn't want her and her lack of battle experience to slow him down.
Meryl was trying to work on that for herself, however. It's been her dream to become a true soldier, all for a desire to better understand her late father's reasoning of becoming one, too. At this point, however, she wanted to fight so she can somehow learn and understand more about herself, rather than someone else...
For now, Meryl will fight using a Desert Eagle. She's more comfortable with guns than she is with bras.
To reach towards the way to REX, Snake & Meryl will need to go through the Commander's Room. To access that room, you'll get a Security Level 5 Card.

So once you're ready and stocked up or so, head through that "5" door with Meryl.
I don't do any horseplay here. If you just want to be weird or be a bastard, you can hurt Meryl and then she'll hunt you down for an attack of her own. You can even get killed this way or possibly kill her for an instant Game Over.
There are other things you can do to see how she react, but I don't really waste time with that, here.
