Ninja run to the left side guard - don't use your AR visor, it'll alert the guard sometimes (I have no idea why). Stealth Kill them and mash L1/Left Bumper to exit zandatsu mode. Repeat for the middle guard and b-line for the goal.
This one is tight timing, it'll take a few tries.
