Whilst dicking around - I found a better stratagy to S-Rank chopper missions in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker!

Text Guide:
Weapons - PTRS/D1941, Moison Naget, Magazine
Equipment - Rations. Bandana (Optional)

1. Lay down magazines in guard path and run.
2. Hide until the read 'em.
3. Hold them up and find cover that still reveals the chopper.
4. Shoot at the cockpit once. Once it's attention slips away, shoot again. Repeat until cockpit explodes.
5. Equip rations (automatic alert) and shoot leader with Moison.
6. Sexy Dance.
