I used papers and some embellies that aren't Christmassy at all, but (hopefully) I added enough seasonal goodies to make it all work. I did a few things "wrong" (as if there's any such thing in scrapbooking!) and I might choose a different background paper now that it's all done, but overall I love the brightness and the whimsy of it all. And it captures a memorable moment, and I guess that's what it's all about!
