This Mercedes Benz Driver chose to close pass me with a free lane to his right, I reported the driver to the police, watch video to see police response. I have also found footage from the same car on YouTube and included this on the video.

Following identification of the driver a decision will be made as to a suitable disposal for the offence.
We are unable to provide any future updates on your case and the only time you would be contacted further is if we needed to check your availability for a potential court hearing.
Please also note that any footage submitted may be supplied to 3rd parties as part of the evidential disclosure procedures. This will not be edited in any way, so please do not include anything in your footage that you are not willing to be shared, such as your vehicle registration number, images of your home or work addresses, facial images of yourself or family members etc.
