A Hard Working white van driver gets reported by a cyclist for using his phone at the wheel. First noticed that the driver leaves a big whatsap gap* and can be seen clearly in the rear view mirror using his phone, this is finally confirmed when passing by. This was the moment that he got absolutely reported to the police, do you think is fair?
I have reported this driver for phone use, you shouldn't be driving a heavy truck and looking at your phone in my opinion.
