I'm slowly getting my MEP parts and collabs done before school starts. Productivity! :)
I don't know why I wanted to edit with these two exactly. I've always been very open when it comes to most ships, and since Clannad has other dimensions, I especially done mind Tomoya being with someone other than Nagisa. I think these two are cute together, and something about her looking so sad all the time- and my initial love for her in the series itself- prompted me to edit the extra episode they did with her. Plus it has gorgeous scenes.
This song seemed to fit her in lyrics and it's softer tone. Kyou's twin sister (shorter hair) is dating Tomoya, not fully aware of how much Kyou likes him. Not wanting to ruin her sister's happiness, Kyou simply gets all depressed and wishes Tomoya knew how she felt.
I tried to make this very soft and pretty. That goes for the text as well, since I wanted to add something extra and the text seemed too much at full opacity so I dimmed it a lot and now it's there more for style than reading.

A late birthday present for xSunshineHippyx! I’m sorry it took so long. I had this planned in April back when I was watching the show and heard this song and thought of Hippy instantly. I should have started on it sooner considering I had no idea how hard this song would be to edit or just how many beats it had. But I’m happy with the result! I wanted to do something with a lot of text and overlays and pretty colors. xD
I have actually edited Ouran before but only the first episode. Because for some reason it took me until a few months ago to watch the whole thing, and I immediately fell in love and watched all the episodes in a few days. So this is my Ouran tribute! I have a few more ideas so I’ll be editing this more often now.

I struggled with finishing this one, but despite the lack of inspiration, I think it turned out okay. I am happier with the beginning. I think the required beta length is the most difficult part about this competition because I’m lacking inspiration by the time I get toward the end. Hopefully, if I make it to the next round, I’ll get another song I like.
I had to edit Haru and Rin with this song because it’s so them. Angsty but also positive in a way, hopeful. I especially loved the line ‘a bright light from a distance leaves you dark’ because Rin has always been such a bright force in Haru’s life, and he is also ‘darker’ by comparison, especially when he feels left behind.

Im glad I got this up. Over two hours of rendering, but I wanted it up for one of my best friends. Merry Christmas Hippy!
Let me start off by apologizing for this . . . I forgot how to edit, apparently. Regardless, Punz always reminds me off you and I know you love her, so I had to edit her for you. This song reminded me of the movie, so it was a must as well. I hope you like it even if its not the neatest of videos Ive made.

The storyline is canony, with Rapunzel being obsessed with the lanterns always released on her birthday and going with Flynn to see them up close for the first time. Then there is a time skip (for whatever reason) and Rapunzel tries to revive Flynn, only to lose him. Overcome with emotion, she attacks mother Gothel and accidentally pushes her out the window. Rapunzel tries again to revive Flynn and succeeds. Yay, happy ending! Black&white + purple is her remebering their time together.
