So this is my Christmas gift to Ian (Ritzu) in the IlluminatedStudios Secret Santa project. WE WERENT ALLOWED TO UPLOAD UNTIL THE 23RD BUT NOW ITS FINALLY HERE AYYY
I finished this around 10th of December as I had to work on a baesanta so you can expect another AMV on the 26th of December.

To be honest Im really glad I got you as my christmas child cause your challenge (to make it all black and white basically) was a lot easier than the other challenges I saw and I wouldnt have been able to make it in time otherwise xD Heck, I just finished the final render of the other christmas AMV today and today was the last chance for me to finish all of it so yeah.

Personal thoughts about this. I think it turned out pretty good if Id say so myself. The only down is the quality on some of the clips and there were shitty transitions at some parts so hey.

Ive always wanted to do a Pokemon AMV thats based off of the Pokemon theory about Ash being in a coma and all his adventures are simply in his mind, that I read a couple of years ago. It was a lot of fun to edit this.

So after having an amazing time at Närcon for 4 days Im finally home and ready to upload me and Shadoukuns entry for the AMV contest.
We didnt win which was quite obvious considering the AMV looking so bad due to lots of reasons. Both of us were like: What the heck happened?! QAQ
But there was indeed some really amazing entries and it was fun to watch the AMV contest even though seing our AMV look like trash xD Congratulations to the winner! c:
Rant warning:
1. The AMV was all out of synch(obviously we noticed it. c:)
2. The screen was too bright so the Clannad part disappeared completely.
3. The quality was horrible
4. Me and my partner got some strict rules to change some scenes since it was too much gore in it and you know what? There was an AMV with THE EXACT SCENE WE WERENT ALLOWED TO USE SINCE IT WAS TOO GOREY. We couldnt even use a scene with a person coughing up 3 drops of blood so that was just unfair.
Oh well.. ^^

This version we upload right now has some of the gore parts we werent allowed to use but that was mainly cause we prefered those versions of the parts. ^^

This collab gave me so much problems. One of the major problems I got was the motivation. For every single part itd drop down to 0 and itd take me ages to actually finish the parts and Shadoukun kept telling me to finish the parts(sorry to keep you waiting all the time. QwQ).
But this also made me improve. Since Im not very familiar to edit with fast paced and intense songs this helped me improve on that part. I still have a lot to learn but still. XD
Anywaaaay. Hope you guys enjoy our collab we worked so hard on for 3-4 months. c:
