World Health Organization (WHO) | Mentoring colleagues for a motivated WHO workforce: Meet Alison Osborne @who | Uploaded May 2024 | Updated October 2024, 7 hours ago.
Meet Alison Osborne, a human resources officer at WHO Headquarters in Geneva. "I mostly do career counseling, coaching my colleagues, as well as team building facilitation," says Alison. "I work a lot in the mentoring programme, as well as creating and delivering workshops around career development for all staff."
Alison counsels colleagues across the globe. "I connect with people who are working in the field, or isolated duty stations sometimes, people in HQ, and in the regional offices." Alison is #ProudToBeWHO, supporting colleagues reach their full potential. "I feel that I'm paying into the whole success and wellbeing inside, and ultimately outside WHO so I'm so proud to be part of that.
The World Health Organization’s ‘Who's WHO’ video series tells the story of the WHO workforce and the work they do to promote health, keep the world safe and serve the vulnerable. For WHO’s 75th anniversary, we are celebrating the diversity and commitment of many exceptional individuals that work tirelessly, behind-the-scenes to support and enable others.
